Every order includes 30-day protection starting from the delivery date. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we step in quickly.

Eligible for Return
Returns are accepted on unused pieces in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Not Eligible
Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery by the customer are not eligible for return.
How to Start
Email support@demonforgeblades.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the next step without burying you in fine print.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned piece reaches us.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged, we replace it immediately and do not require a return first.
Display-Only Note
All products are sold as decorative items. Returns based on functional performance are not accepted because every Amboras piece is sold as a non-functional display collectible.
